FILL IN THE TRAVEL QUESTIONNAIRE AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.

Failure to do this may mean we cannot give you your vaccines in time.

You need to be a patient of Ystwyth Medical Group to be seen in our travel clinic.      

1) Fill in the Travel Risk Assessment

2) We will contact you to arrange an appointment for the Travel Clinic. 

3) In your appointment we will complete an assessment and let you know which NHS vaccinations you require.

Which vaccines can you give?

The vaccines that we can give are - Tetanus, Diptheria, Polio, Hep A, Typhoid and Cholera. 

What do I if I want a vaccine that you cannot give?

You will need to visit a private travel clinic, who may charge you for the vaccines. Nearby pharmacies may give private vaccinations, please contact them to confirm - local pharmacies may include Mach, Aberdovey and New Quay.

Yellow Fever Vaccinations

We cannot give the Yellow Fever vaccine.

Yellow fever vaccine is only given at designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres (YFVCs).
