Visit Area 43 or freephone 0800 0385778 - for free, confidential counselling for anyone aged 13-30, registered with a Ceredigion GP, and dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

Speak to DDAS (Dyfed Drug and Alcohol Service) 0330 363 9997 - for those who have drug and/or alcohol problems themselves or who are concerned about someone else’s drug and/or alcohol use.

Speak to Hahav 01970 611 550 - for free support to people across Ceredigion who are living with an incurable or life-limiting illness.

Speak to Mindline Trans+ every Friday from 8pm-11pm 0300 330 5468 - for confidential emotional, mental health support helpline and signposting service for people who identify as Trans, A Gender, Gender Fluid, Non-binary, and their parents, siblings, colleagues, friends, or professionals.
