 What do I need to access the NHS Wales App?

  • have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to prove who you are
  • be aged 16 or over
  • We cannot currently provide a linkage key - you have to verify your identity via the app by providing ID

How do I know if I have a login already?

If you have used the NHS App or other NHS websites or apps such as coronavirus (COVID-19) services, you should enter the email address you used to register for them.

How do I access my prescriptions?

You will need to have had at least one prescription from us for medication to show in the app.

How do I access my medical records via the NHS Wales App?

The NHS Wales app is still in it's testing phase, and this means that some parts of it are not yet working fully. To be ready for access to parts of your record as they become available, please complete the form below (writing that you want access to your records via the app only) and return it to the practice, via email to contact.w92025@wales.nhs.uk or the postbox. You will be able to see parts of your record but will not be able to see your full notes. If you want to have a copy of your full notes, this is currently only available on paper form by completing the form below.

The Wales NHS 111 website now provides information on waiting times by speciality at each health board. Whilst this doesn’t tell individuals where they are on the waiting list it does provide up to date information on the range of current waiting times for the speciality and health board for which they are waiting.
