How do I book?

• Book using the NHS Wales app – for more information click here 

• Book using your My Health Online Account

• Call the surgery on 01970 613 500 and choose option 1 for appointments

Please tell us if you DO NOT want your COVID booster.

Am I eligible?

All patients need to have had their previous COVID Booster vaccinations

• Patients who are 75+ on 30/06/24 (birthday on or before 30/06/1949).

• Patients who are under 75 and immunosuppressed will be invited. Please contact us if you have not received your invitation by 10/04/24. For more information on who is eligible, see pages 24-25 of the ‘COVID-19 Green Book’.

When are clinics?

Clinics are by appointment only.
